Last night Erica and I and Greg went out to a banquet at Greg's school. Greg was on of the students nominated for an award. This was a fine arts awards banquet. We enjoyed ourselves sitting at the table visiting, cracking jokes. Greg even seemed to have some fun. It was also my first time hearing Steve Bell in concert. He comment that when he looked at the program and it said Guest Speaker: Steve Bell, he was unsure what to do. He sings and talks, but not speeches. I think that he gave the crowd what they wanted as he did a mini-concert. He told some stories and a couple of jokes. During this time, Liam went to a friends house and Haaken stayed home. When we arrived home, Haaken was in bed. He has always been real good at this - going to bed on time. Before he was in school, if he felt like it was bed time, he would go get his pj's on and go to bed. Anyway, it was a good evening, Greg did not win the award, but he was one of three finalists.
